You can use these for segmentation in Urban Airship, an example is given below:

To create a segment of users who have finished an edition:

Audience > Segments > New Segment : Tag > is > Select a tag > Primary Device Tags > DownloadCompleted:EditionID

Urban Airship also offer a range of segments out of the box:

Audience > Segments > New Segment : Tag > is > Select a tag > Device Property Tags.

You can track these event in Reports > Event Tracking.
