Everything changes - and with periodical updates of Apple iOS and Android, along with upgrades of your Pugpig app containers, you’re going to want to keep up to date so that you can take advantage of the latest advances that are available to you. And the Pugpig update pack is the best way to do this - it’s our way of helping you through the process of updating your apps, holding your hand every step of the way.
Pugpig App Update Pack
The pack includes all of the following:
- iOS & Android app updates - we send you files to upload to the relevant stores (iOS, Google Play, Amazon as required).
- The app update includes upgrade to the latest version of the Pugpig product and configuration needed to take advantage of new features.*
- App theming, in-app copy changes (e.g. settings text, contact info), re-branding. This pack provides two iterations of changes to design, theming and copy changes. Any time spent beyond this, will need to be agreed under additional support time.
- Configuration of any additional features you may not already be taking advantage of such as push notifications (assuming out of the box provider e.g. Airship/Firebase).
- App setup to support authentication migration i.e. if you are moving from one auth provider to another, we would need to do some app setup work to support this move.
- Support during the submission and approval process.
*From time to time new app features will require server work, which is not included in this pack. We will let you know on a case by case basis which features will require this additional work. Feel free to contact us if you are not sure.
