When trying to diagnose a bug, one of the best ways our support team can get to the bottom of the issue is by looking at the log file that the app generates on your device. If we've asked you to send us your logs please follow the instructions below.
NB: The steps might differ slightly depending on whether the app is powered by Publish or Bolt and whether your device is running on iOS or Android. Please make sure you are following the correct instructions.
Pugpig Publish (iOS):
- Open the Publish app you want to send the logs for
- Navigate to the settings page (sometime you will need to go to a subpage of Settings - usually this is General)
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the app version and which version of Pugpig Publish the app is powered by
- Long hold on the version number until a dialog pops up
- Click 'email logs' - this should open a new email in your email client with the log.txt file already attached.

- Click send and wait for us to get back to you
